Ou flight to Hanoi was delayed and when we arrived late at the hotel they said that we had to change rooms in the 2nd night. We complained and the person at the reception immediatly call his boss and they upgrade us to their better hotel and paid for the taxi. Great service I must say! Overall everything was ok, great and delicious breakfast and Mr Hoang Minh from the upgrade hotel was very nice giving really good tips to visit the city.

We really enjoyed our (5 day) stay here, ensuite room was modern, clean (it was cleaned every day) and very comfortable. There was a good range of food for breakfast. It is very centrally located near to Hoan Kiem lake. It was a little noisy in the evening (not sure where it came from), which might be an annoyance to light sleepers. Laptop in rom was very useful and wifi was good.
