Welcome to River Hideaway Hostel — your little escape by the river, just 800 metres from Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Thanks to a nearby pedestrian bridge, it’s only around a 5-minute walk to get there.
Close enough to be right in the middle of the action, but tucked away enough to give you a more relaxed place to come back to after a full day exploring Hanoi.
River Hideaway is all about a warm, easy-going atmosphere. We’re not a full-on party hostel, but there are still plenty of chances to meet other travellers, hang out and share stories along the way. Whether you’re travelling solo, with friends or as a couple, it’s a comfortable base for discovering the city at your own pace.
Step outside and you’re within walking distance of the Old Quarter, local street food, cafés and the riverside neighbourhoods that give this part of Hanoi its own character.

🔑 Key Deposit:
A deposit of 100,000 VND per key is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded when the key is returned at check-out.

🧴 Towel Policy:
Towels are not included in the dorm room price ( private room is included). If you need a towel, you can rent one for 30,000 VND per towel. Please note that no deposit is required for towels.
