To ensure a pleasant stay, please note that our cancellation policy requires a notification at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Check-in time is from 11:00 AM and check-out is before 9:00 AM. We only accept cash payments upon arrival. Breakfast is included in your rate. Please note that taxes (15%) are not included in the published price. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, a 4% additional charge will be applied to the total of your reservation.

I stayed at Hostel Loja for two nights and had a great experience. The staff, especially Diego the manager, were very friendly and helpful with island information. Service was excellent—they stored and delivered my luggage, arranged an early taxi, and even provided a takeaway lunch. The room was clean, comfortable, and eco-friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

I loved this hostel. Has a real family feel to it. Like home away from home. The manager (Byron) is excellent. Speaks English very well and is always there to help with anything you need help with. Clean and fantastic breakfast. Great location too. Central to everything. Mini marts, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM all very close. Highly recommend.
