Relax Inn Guest House is located in the lively Kemptown area of Brighton, only 5 minutes’ walk from Brighton Pier and close to many restaurants, cafés and bars. The Royal Pavilion is just 0.3 miles away, and the Theatre Royal is also within walking distance. The seafront is only 2 minutes from the property.

We offer single, double, twin, triple and family rooms, some with en-suite bathrooms and partial sea views.

This property reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card at any time prior to arrival. In the event of a processing or payment failure, you will be formally notified, and the reservation will be subject to cancellation.

Damage Deposit (Cash on Arrival)

£50 – Single, Double and Twin rooms

£100 – Family and Deluxe Family rooms

The deposit will be refunded at check-out after room inspection.
