Welcome to The Old Palace Guest House
The Old Palace Guest House is a comfortable and affordable place to stay in the heart of Brighton. Located in the lively Kemptown area, we are less than a 5-minute walk from Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion, and close to many shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs.
We offer single, double, twin and triple en-suite rooms, all equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Our friendly multilingual staff (English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Turkish) are always happy to help with recommendations and information to make your stay enjoyable.

Damage deposit: A £50–£100 refundable damage deposit may be requested on arrival, depending on the room type. This will be returned at check-out if no damage occurs.
