Ricardo was the best! All the staff were very accommodating and made everyone feel welcome. Rooftop was great to meet people and hang out! Rooms were cleaned daily and in great condition. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Lisbon!

If you like being woken up every 5 minutes until 4am, this place is for you. Staff will be checking people in at 12am turning on the lights and speaking full volume. Great location, but that means that people are going out. If you’re here to party, it’s the place for you. If you’re there to do a bit of everything, I would consider somewhere else.

Overall good experience. The facilities , staff were 9+ on 10 scale. My only issue is bed bugs. On my check out day night got bit by these little insects. I read previous reviews which mentioned this problem too. So something to consider.
