It is with sure one of the worst places I have been in my life. There isn't another hostel in Gibraltar, so they can offer you that horrible thing. The bed is awful, the hot shower takes only 3 minutes to be cold, it is forbidden to use the kitchen or eat inside the hotel if u bought something from outside, the workers aren't polite (they got my passport only because I said I would exchange money to pay them). If u have more money go somewhere else.

Pros: really nice and friendly staff, offered to help in anyway they can. Hostel is clean, front door is sometimes locked so security is ok. There are lockers available for a deposit. The cat is very friendly - best part! Good showers and bathrooms. Cons: No kitchen, not even cutlery, plates, microwave etc. No hand towels in the bathroom. WiFi is really slow in bedrooms, not good even in the common area. Can be loud during the day with the owners friends chatting and smoking outside.
