had problem w the lack of staff. I had 2 nights booked that I got separted, I sent an email explaining and on my 2 day I received a message asking me to leave bc another guest would come (me!). Phone doesnt work, emails they obviously dont see so my day was ruined as I came back just to try to reach any staff. Got there my stuff was in a box in the kitchen, took me a lot to find bc no one texted me abt my stuff. Not safe, if you have any problem w anyone or anything, 0 support.

I would stay in this hostel again! It was small and it was full but I don't have much to complain about. Sure the cabins were quite warm and I think a cleaner took our food from the fridge and threw it away (we just put it there the night before) but the experience overall was good. It's not really a place to be social but if you're just looking for a place to sleep with the basic facilities this is a great fit for you.

way overpriced for what it is. I had to wait around for hours until check in because they said it was impossible to get there earlier than the set time but then when i arrived, there was no staff. you check in with a code they send you in the email which is so sketchy because then other people that have previously stayed there can still just waltz in. this usually wouldn’t bother me but the lockers are tiny so everyone’s stuff was just layed out. i also had bed 5 which has the ladder that leads to the t
