Loved everything about Botanica, the staff, the atmosphere, the breakfast were all perfect, it was in a great location, easy to walk to town or grab a collectivo to the beach. The staff were super helpful with any requests or assistance and the owner, Fernando, was also generally available for queries and he definitely helped add a personal feeling to the space

Amazing oasis in the city, spa like and zen. Comfortable bunks beds. Lots of open space to hang out, never loud but always easy to chat to people. Pool is big. Bike available for free with lock to explore. Staff is kind and welcoming. Really good coffee shop nearby, supermarkets, central location. There was no organized social events when I was there which would have been nice to have. Some hostels will organize a pizza night or games night to help meet other travellers. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Botanica. I was treated extremely well, met some great people, and felt genuinely welcomed. The location is perfect, everything was clean, and the service was personable and sincere. Breakfast was delicious too. Huge thanks to Fernando and the team — you’re doing an amazing job.
