I really loved my stay at Botanica - it is definitely one of the prettiest hostels I have stayed in. The space has a great design, the beds in the shared rooms are comfortable and have curtains for privacy. Breakfast is really good. Fernando was really helpful and kind and made me feel so welcomed. The only downside could be that it’s not a really social hostel but everything else is 10/10.

Brilliant property in Tulum. Delighted with the facilities and in a safe area. staff are wonderful and the breakfast is great. However only downside is the contact via hostel world. i was not contacted about where to locate the hostel as it is hidden! and i was not given the pin code
