The place is very nice, calm and clean. Kim, the owner, is so nice and welcoming, he explained everything for us regarding of what to do in the city and about the cruises, and also took us to a local market and we did a barbecue together with his family. Honestly it was the most welcoming experience I had in vietnam. Definitely recommed this homestay and Kim hospitality. Had a great here

The property was fantastic. Kim was very helpful I didn’t get in until about 3:30 am and he was there waiting for me and helped me to my room. He organized a cruise for me on Ha Long Bay and my bus leaving Ha Long. He gave lots of good information on where to go and see. Very hospitalitable. I highly recommend
