We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience smooth from start to finish. We arrived at around 4:00 AM, and they kindly helped us check in despite the very late arrival, which we really appreciated after a long journey. They also arranged a taxi for us when we checked out, making everything easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had.

kim was super helpful and lovely when we checked in at 4am! rooms are up a massive hill so that was a bit of a pain but our private was super clean and spacious. nice place for a night or two. great staff

Very impressed with staff because so accommodating when i arrived at 4 in the morning. Private room was good and got some sleep. Transport booked through the hostel to Hanoi could have been better but it is a thrid party
