Generator Hamburg is a design hotel-hostel located in the city centre, next to the Hauptbahnhof. Guests can choose from shared dorms to private rooms, offering something for everyone. Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise

In case of no show or late cancellation, the total amount of the full booking will be charged unless the property is informed of late arrival by the guest.
Please note that for free cancellation bookings, all credit cards provided at time of booking may be charged 7 hours prior to arrival.

We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a € 25.00 fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg
