It was the most nice and clean hostel I've been to. Everything is new and nice. Every morning there is a cleaning service who will even make your bed. We appreciated hot water in the bathroom as the weather is quite cold. Wifi is working well. The food costs are not higher than anywhere else and it is very good. Maybe some lockers would be practical in the dorm so as there are no keys for everybody but we are sure that if you ask the staff, which is very nice, they will help you.

The views from our balcony were just superb , seeing over the valley to the mountain range , snow peaks catching the sun , eagles kind of birds soaring , magnificent ! The owner has good English and a ready smile offering whatever assistance we needed, carrying our suitcases Ali g the many steps when we arrived and left and finding us a taxi for our journey out. We arrived quite late in the evening so we were offered room service daal and toti . Upstairs is a terrace for simple breakfasts etc

This hostel was unwelcoming and dirty. It had not been cleaned properly, the bedsheets had crumbs in them, and we found centipedes in the bed. The toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor. We left early and they did offer us a different room and eventually gave us a refund. They didn't like that we had booked on hostelworld and suggested they gave us a worse room because we didn't pay enough (which was not in our control). No social atmosphere or service.
