All dorm bedrooms were propped open with shoes/objects so anyone could walk into your room due to no AC. We were given the wrong rooms to our bookings and when we approached staff to resolve it they said there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked and we couldn’t get the difference in price back. There were bugs in the cooking areas on the floors and hobs. There is no authority from staff to keep bedrooms clean and so there was rubbish everywhere. Felt very unsafe/uncomfortable.

The hostel is not clean, there is a lot of mold in the showers, the rooms stink, the kitchen is a mess, the overall place is nasty. I was also so disappointed and scared when I was staying with you. I booked an all girls dorm for two nights, the first night was good. The second day, when I was taking a nap I woke up to a 45 year old man in my room. I was scared and uncomfortable. Me and my roommate confronted the staff and you said that there was nothing you could do. This is wrong! We are 18.
