Casa Freud was built by my husband and I – little by little over time – but with lots of love. Finally our Penthouse was ready for us to move into and we lived there very happily for 15 years, together in a family atmosphere with our guests of the hotel. We made so many friends over the years, with people sharing their life stories with us – and sometimes their problems! And my husband and I always tried to help when we could. At times we’d laugh as we felt like psychologists to our guests! And therefore one of the reasons we decided to give the Hotel the name “Freud.” The other reason, of course because I’m from Vienna, Freud´s homeland in Austria.

Guest access swimming pool and garden: You can share access to the garden with communal bathrooms and swimming pool at Casa Freud.

In the waiting period before check- in and after check-out you can let your luggage here and in the meantime you can make use of our garden, pool and washrooms. Phone calls to USA, Canada and inside Mexico are for free of charge and can be done at our office. We provide nice large beach towels (also safe box key) with a returnable deposit so you don’t need to pack a thick towel in your suitcase! Returnable deposit for a beach towel $ 100 pesos or $ 10 US Returnable deposit for a safe box key $ 300 pesos or $ 30 US Here you can buy the $ 70 pesos American Breakfast ticket for the Lido Beach Club You can make free use of our community kitchen on ground floor.
Cleaning and washing dishes is not included. Please keep it clean and wash up after yourself. If you need help, ask and/or 'tip' the housekeeper or maid, they will be happy to be able to help

Casa Freud Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 12:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
