Great location even though the walk there can be a bit shady in the dark. The room feels too crowded so the air quality was not the best. Also, the one bathroom we shared was occupied a lot

Loved Mateo Hostel! The staff were lovely and extremely helpful in planning and recommendations. Location is very convenient because it is right on the shops, only minor downside is that it is a short walk to the nicer beaches, but this doesn’t really matter. Loved my time here!
