1. A passport MUST be presented at check in.
2. Bad behaviour is NOT tolerated. (We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any-time).
3. A ZERO tolerance to illicit drugs.
4. This is a SMOKE AND VAPE FREE venue. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
5. A charge of $20 per item will be charged if goods are damaged or not returned.
6. People with facial or neck TATTOOS will be refused accommodation.
7. We provide individual SAFES/LOCKERS. Electrical devices left unattended in capsules will be confiscated. (Fire prevention is imperative).
8. BREAKFAST (Ham and Cheese Sandwich + Coffee for $5.00)
9. ALCOHOL can be purchased off site and BYO is accepted.
10. Guests are expected to respect property rules and fellow guests. Any damage caused may result in charges.
