1. A passport MUST be presented at check in.
2. Bad behaviour is NOT tolerated. (We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any-time).
3. A ZERO tolerance to illicit drugs.
4. This is a SMOKE AND VAPE FREE venue. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
5. A charge of $20 per item will be charged if goods are damaged or not returned.
6. People with facial or neck TATTOOS will be refused accommodation.
7. We provide individual SAFES/LOCKERS with power charging stations installed. Electrical devices left unattended in capsules will be confiscated. (Fire prevention is imperative).
8. BREAKFAST is provided daily. Consists of Expresso coffee, cereals, bread, toast, spreads and occasional fruits.
9. ALCOHOL can be purchased off site and BYO is accepted.
10. Guests are expected to respect property rules and fellow guests. Any damage caused may result in charges.
11. All prices are inclusive of all taxes and government charges.
12. Age restrictions: 18-40 years. Please inquire before booking.
13. Pets are not allowed within the hostel premises.
14. Liability: The hostel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during the stay.

Excellent capsule hotel at a fair rate, you can tell there’s a few people living and working there which tells you that it’s a good place to be. The kitchen and lounging facilities were top drawer.

Best hostel we have stayed in yet! The staff were so nice and there was such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff genuinely cared about your stay and were so helpful. The whole place was very clean (they clean the bathrooms twice a day!) and everyone was very respectful of each other. We got breakfast each morning and on Wednesdays and Saturdays they serve dinner as well. I wish we stayed in Gold Coast longer because the hostel was great!

Comfy, clean beds, nice bathrooms, just surprisingly clean all-around for saying there’s so many in a room. Free food too! Despite that, not good for solo travellers or anyone looking for atmosphere really. Seemed to be long-termers mostly. Also the vibe was just strange, didn’t feel at ease, no security anyone can just wander through! Saw a random old man just walk in and stare around the kitchen for ages and then go! And in quite a sketchy area away from Surfers.
