This hostel is not in a good state and seems to have declined considerably from the photos and past reviews. The beds are rusting and there is mould and mildew on the doors, walls, closets, and mattresses. The atmosphere is cold and institutional. The linen is clean though and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, but apart from this, I think this was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in despite its above nine review when booking.

What can I say that I haven't said before? Great place, Great Staff and a treat for those seeking to get away for a while. Staff call You by Your name, are always keen to help in any way possible, great to return after a pleasant first stay a while back... I hope to return soon...

The place was clean and the staff were lovely, know what you’re getting yourself in for. It’s quite a distance from the beach so you’ll need a car. It’s a youth hostel so it’s full of teenagers and some families... no atmosphere and no where close by to find any. Finally males and females are seperate so my boyfriend and I had to sleep at opposite ends of the building even though our rooms were empty.
