Its a shockingly bad for want of a better word hostel, the Staff were rude and incredibly aggressive. It was the most unfriendly hostel I have ever been to in my 15 years of staying in hostels across the entire world. It was infested with rats, mice, spiders, cockroaches and when I went up to reception the receptionist had her finger up her nose twisting it around her nostril with an imbecilic grin on her face. At the time I had a severe bout of pneumonia and there was no heating in the hostel

Lovely staff at reception. I stayed in a dorm and then a private room. The dorm - no personal locker, body wash not supplied in the bathroom. The private room - no hooks to hang anything, no instructions on how to use the little heater. All doors on level 3 were set up to loudly bang shut, creating unnecessary noise and I could feel the reverberation in my room. Thin walls in both rooms. Small things, but it adds up to a poor sleep

Liked location and parking availability, relatively quiet and clean. Kitchen set up wasn't the best, quite limited seating. The bathroom closest to the room didn't have anything to dry hands with as the hand dryer wasn't working. Some shower/bathrooms had more space than others so had to just find the right one. Many guests seemed to be a bit older but it was quieter than some others with younger travellers.
