5. Cancellation policy:

　　(2) 5 days before Arrival Date: 100% of the all nights
　　(3) On the day or No Show: 100% of the all nights

7. No smoking (only available on balcony)
8. Pets are not allowed.

11. No show and cancellation without advance notice will be charged your room fee.
12. Additionally, if we do not receive any prior notice, your reservation may be canceled after 11:00 PM. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
Late Check-In Fees ( Payment by cash only )
From 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM: ¥1,000
From 11:30 PM to 12:00 AM: ¥1,800
From 12:00 AM to 12:30 AM: ¥2,500
Please note that we do not accept check-ins after 12:30 AM under any circumstances.
