Minus a star for no internet facilities. Minus a star for no towels. Minus two stars for the staff doing nothing about it. Far better places to stay for less $ than here sorry.

Nice, clean hostel with a great communal space and couches in the dorm. Storage for large luggage is limited, and the only guest fridge is on the third floor as the kitchen fridges are staff-only.After extending our booking, we were accidentally quoted a rate ¥1,400 too low. When we returned to pay, we were asked to cover the difference. The owner took no responsibility, saying it was only fair because other guests paid the higher rate. For me, it wasn't about the ¥1,400 it was the principle.

This hostel is so great, super clean and all of the team are so friendly. It’s also one of the most social hostels I’ve stayed at in Japan with the terrace being the perfect place to make friends and also be able to enjoy your one peace overlooking the river. Will be back anytime I stay in Osaka!
