Elmar hostal i Bacalar roses for sit utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme personale, komfortable og private senge samt en fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på lagunen. Gæster sætter pris på det veludstyrede køkken, gratis vaskeri og gratis kajakker og cykler. Selvom det tilbyder en afslappet atmosfære, ligger det bekvemt over for et fest-hostel for dem, der søger natteliv. Would not recommend a stay here. No toilet seats, the included ‘breakfast’ is tea and an apple, and lockers under bunks have two access points so unless you have two padlocks not secure at all.

Loved the place - so friendly, full of light and a great place to be in general. Awesome beds, nice AC, beautiful kitchen and terrace, very central. Would come back anytime and can highly recommend 🫶🏼

There was no running water the day I arrived but was fixed the next day also the windows wouldn’t fully close in my room so mosquito’s and a very noisy party could be heard until about 2AM. The hostel itself is lovely friendly staff and great breakfast also nice kitchen and areas to chill out. The rooms were really nice
