Actually love this place. I’ve been here for 2 weeks now after moving from another hostel that was not great. Vibes are good, Sourav is a legend and the location is ideal - a little bit out of the hectic streets full of traffic but still with lots of great places to eat and see around. Will stay here next time for sure.

The staff were terrible. I had booked a twin room en-suite but on arrival I was directed to a dorm room. I showed them the booking and they denied having the room I had booked! Eventually another member of staff reluctantly came to reception and told me the room was not ready yet and I would have to wait. I really considered finding somewhere else but was aware there were not many other hostels in the area. After a short period the room was ready.
