It's a good hostal and the staff are very nice, but one of the workers stole my lunch, and since they couldn’t prove that it was that person, I was the one who had to pay for my food again... The major issue was that I didn't have any more money on me, and would have to pay a lot in commission to get money. Not very good service at all, because I would only need 10 soles for a menu del dia.

The hostel and staff are great, but manager Araceli was a real failure (hope she's not an owner!). Two shirts came out of laundry stained orange - unclear why, and I never blamed anyone. Instead of admitting the cause was unclear, Araceli wanted to blame the staff or me - also with absurd claims, but refused a fair 50/50 refund. 30min arguing in front of guests and staff. No 50% refund. Unprofessional and embarrassing.
