Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

The hostel and staff are great, but manager Araceli was a real failure (hope she's not an owner!). Two shirts came out of laundry stained orange - unclear why, and I never blamed anyone. Instead of admitting the cause was unclear, Araceli wanted to blame the staff or me - also with absurd claims, but refused a fair 50/50 refund. 30min arguing in front of guests and staff. No 50% refund. Unprofessional and embarrassing.

good hostel at the back on the town. only a 5-10min walk to main hangout spots. staff were helpful in organising scooters and tours

I had a really great stay here! The hostel is really nice and clean, and beds are super comfortable. it's a quieter hostel about 8min walk into the town centre, which was perfect. I got sick and the staff were great with checking on me and helping extend my stay. Highly recommend this hostel!
