Lola knows her guests are adventurers at heart. That’s why she welcomes travelers who value thoughtfully designed spaces, attention to detail, a friendly atmosphere, and those little touches that make a shared stay feel more comfortable.

Privacy matters, even in a dorm. Every bunk bed is equipped with its own privacy curtain, giving you a more personal and comfortable space to relax, sleep, or simply switch off after a day exploring Barcelona. And our 14 beds dorm is equipped with lockers.

Located in Barcelona, HeyLola! Hostel is within easy reach of some of the city’s most iconic attractions. Plaça Reial is approximately 1.3 km away, while the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, Palau Sant Jordi, Barcelona Cathedral, and Palau de la Música Catalana are also easily accessible. Passeig de Gràcia is around 3.2 km from the hostel.

HeyLola! Hostel – Policies and Conditions

Cancellation and Payment Policy

- A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
- For reservations with a free-cancellation policy, HeyLola! Hostel may pre-authorize the amount of the first night, including applicable taxes and fees, at any time after booking confirmation.
- If the card provided cannot be validated, guests will be asked to provide a new valid card within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation without further notice.
- Rates do not include Barcelona City Tax unless this is specifically shown as included in the reservation price breakdown.
- Standard Rate: reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this deadline, the applicable cancellation charge will be the amount stated in the booking conditions.
- Non-Refundable Rate: the total reservation amount is charged according to the conditions of the selected rate and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
- The outstanding balance, including Barcelona City Tax when applicable, must be paid before arrival or according to the payment conditions stated in the reservation.
- In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the applicable amount will be charged according to the conditions of the booked rate.
Whenever possible, guests travelling together under the same reservation will be allocated to the same dormitory. However, this cannot be guaranteed and remains subject to availability.
- Arrivals outside the established check-in hours are only accepted with prior notification and confirmation from the hostel.
- Rates and conditions published on this website are intended for individual bookings. For group reservations, please contact the hostel directly by email or phone before booking.

General Conditions
- Reception is available 24 hours a day.
- All guests must present valid identification at check-in. Guests who cannot provide valid identification may be denied access to the hostel and their reservation may be cancelled.
- Guests under 16 years of age are not accepted, in accordance with hostel policy.
- Pets are not allowed, except recognised service animals.
- Common areas are available during the established opening hours.
- The kitchen is available during the established daytime opening hours.
- The luggage room is open from 10:00 to 00:00. An additional fee may apply for luggage storage after check-out or for extended storage.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.
- The possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is subject to hostel rules and applicable regulations.
- Weapons, dangerous objects, chemicals, explosives, fireworks, or any other items that may pose a risk to guests, staff, or the property are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. HeyLola! Hostel cannot accept responsibility for unattended items.
- External visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms or dormitories.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage they cause to the hostel, its facilities, furniture, or equipment, and the corresponding costs may be charged.
