Cancellation Policy:

- Guests must provide a valid credit card. Hey Lola Hostel will validate the provided card by pre-authorizing the amount of the first night (including taxes & fees) for reservations with free cancellation policies at any time after confirmation and will request a new one if the one provided fails validation. This new card must be provided within 24 hours, or the reservation will be canceled without further notice.
- Rates do NOT include City Tax.
- Reservations with the Standard Rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, the price of the first night will be charged without exceptions.
- Reservations with Non-Refundable Rate can be cancelled 100% in the same moment of the reservation.
- The full balance must be paid before arrival including Barcelona City Tax, as long as the charge is reflected in the reservation's price breakdown.
- Policies have no exceptions. 100% non-refundable.
- Whenever possible, we will ensure that all reservations for more than one person are assigned to the same dormitory. However, this is not guaranteed.
- If you cancel or do not show up, the hostel will charge 100% of the price.
- Arrivals outside of check-in hours are accepted only with prior notification.
- All information on this website is for individual customer use. If you wish to make a group reservation, you must contact us by email or phone beforehand.

General:
24 hours reception.
All guests must present valid identification to check in. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled, and access to the hostel will be denied.
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Children under 16 are not allowed (hostel rules).
Common areas are open only during the day.
The kitchen is open only during the day.
The luggage room is open from 10:00 AM to midnight. There is an additional charge for using the luggage room after check-out. Additional charge for long-term use.
Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel premises. The use of drugs and alcohol is prohibited.
Weapons or dangerous objects, as well as chemicals or explosives of any kind (such as fireworks), are not allowed on the hostel premises.
The hostel is not responsible for unattended items.
External visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the responsible person.
The complaints book is available at reception.
The hostel reserves the right of admission.
