Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free of charge if made 8 days or more before the date of arrival. After this time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations with 24 hours, or no shows, we will charge 100% of the booking.

wow! this place is incredible. immaculate vibes and people, the atmosphere is wonderful and relaxed. me and my friend stayed here and it was our favorite part of the trip! the volunteers kept the space very clean and tidy. the bathrooms were super nice and so were the dorms. I loved meeting everyone that was staying there and connecting from people all over. made some friends as well! thank you faye and staff !! 💕

I was very pleased with my stay at Madeira.Life. Modernized tech for security made me feel safe and I felt my belongings were protected. I loved the communal kitchen organization system. The excellent welcoming tour of the hostel and its facilities/systems set the bar, and my remaining stay did not disappoint!. Both the indoor and outdoor public lounging spaces were a great atmosphere for socializing with other hostelers. Thank you Stuart & Faye for being so helpful in making my stay memorable!
