Jaca Hostel is minimalist, contemporary, and effortlessly cool—a boutique hostel without actually being one. Offering both private rooms with en-suite bathrooms and shared accommodation, it is a peaceful oasis of greenery in the heart of the city. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM**

**Check-out:** By **11:00 AM**

Early Arrival

If you arrive before check-in, you're welcome to leave your luggage at **Jacafé**, our reception, and start exploring the area while you wait.

Late Arrival

Guests arriving after **5:30 PM** must complete a **self check-in** using the access codes sent in their check-in message. If you need assistance, we're always available via WhatsApp.

Late Departure

After checking out, you may leave your luggage at **Jacafé** and enjoy the rest of your day in Madeira.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

These policies apply to all reservations, whether booked directly or through an Online Travel Agency (OTA).

* Free cancellation is available up to **7 days before arrival**.
* Cancellations made within **7 days of arrival** are **100% non-refundable**.
* In the event of a **no-show**, the full reservation amount will be charged.
* Reservation changes requested within **7 days of arrival** are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Group Bookings

We do not accept reservations of more than 5 guests.

Housekeeping

* Common areas are cleaned **daily**.
* Guest rooms are serviced on the **5th day** of your stay.
* Fresh bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival.
* If you need fresh towels or assistance before your scheduled cleaning, please let us know and we'll do our best to help.

**Extra towels:** €2 per towel.

Lockers

Guest lockers are available.

Padlocks can be borrowed from reception with a **€10 refundable deposit**.

Personal Belongings

Jaca Hostel cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Please keep valuables secure and avoid leaving personal items unattended in shared areas.

House Rules

To ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant stay, please observe the following:

* Keep noise to a minimum between **10:00 PM and 8:00 AM**.
* Smoking is **strictly prohibited** inside the building.
* Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms.
* Please use the bins provided to help keep the hostel clean.
* Guests may be held responsible for any damage caused to hostel property.
