Just a 5-minute walk from King's Cross Tube and St. Pancras International Station, Clink261 is your cozy, centrally located home away from home in London. We've been welcoming travellers for 20 years, and our laid-back vibe keeps backpackers coming back. With free Wi-Fi throughout the building, a self-catering kitchen, friendly staff, and comfy sofas, you'll feel right at home in our unique British-themed interiors, housed in a revitalized old Student Union building.
Choose from shared dorms, girls-only dorms, or private rooms—all featuring bunk beds with reading lights, USB/electric ports, and lockers (bring your own padlock). Towels are included in private rooms and available for a small fee in shared or private dorms. Our 24/7 reception offers discounted tickets on tours and attractions, and our friendly team is always ready to help with any questions. Please note, Clink261 is a cashless hostel, and guests must present a debit/credit card at check-in.
Located in the bustling and creative King's Cross area, Clink261 is close to the famous gig venue 'Water Rats', an open-air swimming pool, and 'Kerb' Street Food Market at Granary Square. The British Museum and Camden Market are just a 25–30-minute walk away, and all of London’s major sights are easily accessible by public transport. Although we don’t have on-site parking, nearby options include the Judd Street NCP Car Park. In terms of cleanliness of the Hostel we're the only downside the showers. They were dirty while the rest of the Hostel was very clean. It can be debated the showers might need an extra scrub. Rest of the Hostel was more or less up to the standards expected. Had a private room which was nice during the heatwave due to the privacy. Its a shame the kitchen is closed in the morning, though this might have to do with the breakfast.

It has lovely staff and good location but unfortunately i cant recommend this hostel. Its looks like it could have potential but at the moment cant recommend. I expected a place to have fun and meet new people but it wasnt. The whole hostel smells like bleach. In the mixed dorm i was expecting to see people of my age but instead i have encountered people in their 50s as the youngest. Its a hostel for people who low key live there and work there, not for holidays and fun or a hostel experience.

Very convenient and nice stay here, only stayed briefly before an early flight but seems like a good hostel. I forgot to ask their names but the two night receptionists were so helpful and friendly, thanks so much!
