Just a 5-minute walk from King's Cross Tube and St. Pancras International Station, Clink261 is your cozy, centrally located home away from home in London. We've been welcoming travellers for 20 years, and our laid-back vibe keeps backpackers coming back. With free Wi-Fi throughout the building, a self-catering kitchen, friendly staff, and comfy sofas, you'll feel right at home in our unique British-themed interiors, housed in a revitalized old Student Union building.
Choose from shared dorms, girls-only dorms, or private rooms—all featuring bunk beds with reading lights, USB/electric ports, and lockers (bring your own padlock). Towels are included in private rooms and available for a small fee in dorms. Our 24/7 reception offers discounted tickets on tours and attractions, and our friendly team is always ready to help with any questions. Please note, Clink261 is a cashless hostel, and guests must present a debit/credit card at check-in.
Located in the bustling and creative King's Cross area, Clink261 is close to the famous gig venue 'Water Rats', an open-air swimming pool, and 'Kerb' Street Food Market at Granary Square. The British Museum and Camden Market are just a 25–30-minute walk away, and all of London’s major sights are easily accessible by public transport. Although we don’t have on-site parking, nearby options include the Judd Street NCP Car Park. Be sure to check our Terms & Conditions before booking and contact us directly for group bookings of 10 or more guests. Perfect little spot for easy access to all the things I wanted to do in London. Just a few block from Kings Cross station makes it simple to get around even if it’s your first time! Bed was comfy enough, much quieter than I expected, and there were a few different areas to hang out. Washer and dryer worked great, which was a huge win.

I think it’s okay for a short stay. The girls at the reception were great. The bathroom with a tiny sink and like warm shower was disappointing. Also I had a 4 bedroom that was tiny, super warm and opposite the bathroom, so noisy all the time.

a lot of the guests actually live there and there are a lot of tension between them. one of the guy in our dorm was really creepy (he was touching himself in the dorm, always in boxer). besides that, everything was fine
