How to get to Bukit Lawang (Airport)
The most convenient way to get to Bukit Lawang is with a taxi from Medan Airport. Even with the comfort of spacious leather seats and air-conditioning, the trip can be a long one. It takes about three and half hours and the road is bumpy and winding. Making the trip in this fashion will set you back around 15€.

If you’re keen on saving a good chunk of change and are up for a bit of adventure, then read the following instructions carefully. Airport to Medan or Airport to Binjai.
If you are coming from the airport, you need to take DAMRI (Airport public bus) to Medan then city minibus to Pinang Baris to Bukit Lawang . If you take bus ALS to Binjai, you should ask your driver to drop you off Tanah Lapang, from here you need to hop on a public coach minibus (PS/ALMASAR) to Bukit Lawang and the fare is one way.

Besides hostel 🏩 I also organize exciting jungle trek, have you ever seen wild orangutan in the jungle, the orangutans can jump short distances, often reaching up to 50 feet high, which help them escape predators; tigers, bears, snake therefore, I hope you are going to see absolute beauty wildlife.
If you haven't booked jungle trek yet 😉 you may join us!
