I would say you need to be lucky to not get the bed right under the AC. I was freezing the entire night and all the owner offered was an additional blanket. Ridiculous. I caught a cold because of this. It's baffling to me how you could place a bed there. Additionally, the room was full of trash. It seemed like cleaners hardly come around. Otherwise good location and opportunities to connect with fellow travellers.

During my stay, other guests had sex in the shared dorm, which made the situation very uncomfortable. I reported this to the night staff, but the response felt dismissive and the issue was not really addressed. I was told I could book a female dorm instead, which did not feel appropriate. Shared dorms require mutual respect and clearer handling of such situations by staff.
