It's a scam. Its the Palm Hamilton Backpackers Hostel with a new profile and the bad reviews are there for a reason. Apparently the check in/out times are different than in the app. I had to wait 1,5h for my Check in. It was super unorganized and the staff unfriendly. My room was a walk-through-room and they were still building beds when I arrived. The kitchen counter and the bathroom were very dirty and I found cockroaches in the cutlery drawer.

This was not a female only hostel, even though it was advertised as one. For the 5 nights I stayed there, not once was the Bathroom cleaned and the rooms with 8+ beds in them were really dirty and smelled bad. One of the employees is kind of creepy and has a bit of anger issues. I still felt save there, but I would not recommend it. Only if you have a tight budget and only want to stay for a night.

I had a confirmed booking of this hostel, but when I showed up I was told they had no place for me ad they were overbooked. Instead of helping me find somewhere to go, they left me homeless saying there was nothing for them to do to help me. Told me they couldn't even give me a refund because apparently it's platforms fault for overbooking (but I think that's a lie). I've seen other people review the property and that this has happened to them too.
