Palm Girls wing

I had a confirmed booking of this hostel, but when I showed up I was told they had no place for me ad they were overbooked. Instead of helping me find somewhere to go, they left me homeless saying there was nothing for them to do to help me. Told me they couldn't even give me a refund because apparently it's platforms fault for overbooking (but I think that's a lie). I've seen other people review the property and that this has happened to them too.

Le check-in devait commencer à 15h00, le responsable du check-in est arrivé 40 min en retard sans s'excuser.Deux filles qui étaient dans la file avant moi on eu une chambre qui était encore en construction. Elles ont du vite trouver un autre hébergement alors qu’il était 16h00. J’étais réveillée tôt donc on m’a demandé de rendre ma chambre à 9h00 alors que sur l’application c’etait bien écrit:"check out à 11h00". Par contre point positif la douche était incroyable.

We arrived at the property and found the room and common areas in conditions significantly different from the listing photos, with serious hygiene concerns. We found hair, dust and crumbs on the bedding, there was a mouse in the room, the fridge was looking like it hadn’t been cleaned since months and too small for everyone in the hostel to fit their food, as well as the kitchen. There was an homeless woman sleeping with us in the same room. The floor was covered by stains of paint, sauce, hair.
