Hotel Shalini is located in the heart of the city in Anuradhapura, along Harischandra Mawatha, which runs from the clock tower to the hospital. It is centrally situated within close proximately to the Old Bus & Railway Station, Nuwarawewe Lake, all the Banks, main Post Office and about 2km far away from ancient city of Anuradhapura.

We have 14 very clean rooms with attached toilet and bath rooms available to the guest to select according to his/her budget and a choice of Single, Double, Triple and Quadruple rooms - hot and cold water, fans, air conditioning, Mosquito Nets, Electrical Mosquito Vaporizer, Television, 7 feet long beds and other facilities.

Homely atmosphere and quiet environment with open air restaurant at first floor serving western, eastern and Chinese food, roof top beer garden, Cyber cafe for the convenience of the guests providing fast internet browsing, e-mail, VOIP IDD calls, local (STD) calls, Fax, Digital Cam Downloading and writing CDs. Travel desk arranging site seeing of the ancient city, safari tours to Willpattu National Park. Bicycles for rent.

Hotel Shalini is situated 1 km away from the Old Railway Station and 0.5 Km away from Old Bus Station along Harischandra Mawath in front of Stage 1 water tower. We will provide free transportation for your convenience from the Railway Station or Bus Station, if you call us in advance or on your arrival.

Beware of Touts and Tuk-Tuk drivers who will try to mislead you and try to take you to their pet hotels to get commission.
