South Kona's 'Greenbelt,' has long been known for farming, especially coffee. Lush growth and farms, cute stores, antiques, and cafes dot the road down to Historic Kealakekua Bay, a world-class snorkeling spot mere minutes from Gingerhill.

Gingerhill Farm Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full price of your stay.

Wow. I absolutely love how remote this property feels. It’s lovely to fall asleep to the sounds of nature. I booked to stay in the yurt & was upgraded to a private room which was so lovely & kind to do. The kitchen was nice & big & the bathrooms & showers were clean & had a cool outside element to them.

Id just ask the property to leave it clear on the booking process or add in the bed price that ruge cleaning fee of 20 dollars. I have stayed in lots of hostels around the worls, but this was the only one to charge a cleaning fee this way, for a bed in a dorm.
