Hostal Sin Fronteras

I am not writing this review hoping the hostel would improve (because they don’t care), but for whoever even gets a small thought about staying here - DO NOT, NEVER! It all started when I just stepped in. The girl who received me first said that she doesn’t know this website I made the reservation, she had no idea how much to charge and didn’t believe me when I showed her the pending amount. When I opened the bathroom of the room, terrible smell came out, then I realized why… the hostel does NOT have WATER.

This is an ok hostel. Although they do not seem to use this site often and seemed unaware of my reservation. That meant we were put in the only available room for one night, the Europe room. That room is bad because it's next to the office and the bathroom smells. The other rooms seem good for what they offer.

Room is nice and clean , but...every time You need to shower or use the toilet , You have to ask for the water tank to be switched on.It lasts like 10 min...that also means there is no use for the kitchen and we did not see any breakfast either.Would make me suspicious anyway as there is no water to tidy up. Reception was run by a teenager and I do understand that she is just a child , but noone rushed to fix the problem or even mentioned upon our arrival. Would not recommend .
