The Terraces by Aayu en Penang goza de una ubicación fantástica y personal muy servicial. Los huéspedes aprecian las instalaciones limpias, camas cómodas y buena relación calidad-precio. Actividades diarias gratuitas y té/café de cortesía complementan la experiencia positiva. Algunos huéspedes recientes notan la falta de ambiente y la ausencia de ventanas en las habitaciones, lo que puede resultar un poco sombrío.

Good location close to middle of George Town - you do get woken up multiple times by the call to prayer as it is right next to a mosque though. The staff are never available I think I saw them twice my whole four night stay - they do reply quickly on WhatsApp though. Rooms have no windows, wifi works sometimes. It’s okay

Great location right near bus stops and lively part of town. Nice and peaceful. Not super social. Always loo roll and soap to use. Check in was difficult with hostel world would recommend messaging ahead.

good value and veryclean with excellent free tours and a good location - not bad for the price point. However some issues - common areas not very sociable, walls super thin so you can hear everything your neighbours are doing and the call to prayer from the mosque. biggest issue for me was them changing the code to the front door midway through my stay and not telling me..got locked out at 3am and was very lucky i had made friends in the hostel to let me in.
