I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOSTEL AND ITS OWNERS. I ARRIVED BY BUS FROM GUADALAJARA AT AROUND 8 PM. AND COULD NOT FIND THE PROPERTY AS IT HAS NO SIGNS NOR NUMBERS OUTSIDE IDENTIFYING THE PLACE. ( THIS IS KIND OF SUSPICIOUS). THERE IS NO CHECK IN COUNTER . JUST A SECURITY GUARD DOWNSTAIRS IN THE LOBBY CHECKING PEOPLE IN. MY DEBIT CARD DID NOT GO THROUGH SO WE AGREED TO PAY CASH. THEY ASSIGNED US 2 ROOMS AND 1 WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED !!! THE GUARD TRIED TO HELP US TRYING TO CONTACT O

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PEOPLE. THEY LEFT US OUTSIDE STRANDED WITH NO ROOMS AS WE HAD BOOKED IN ADVANCE,. AND THERE WAS NOONE TO CONTACT ! I TRIED TO GET MY 40$ DEPOSIT BACK AND NOTHING. NO CONTACT PHONE. NO BUILDING I.D. NO RECEPTION AREA. VERY SUSPICIOUS.

Don't stay here. The whole building is under construction, the rooms are super noisy, there is no daylight, absolutely zero atmosphere. They even started drilling at 9am on a Sunday morning. There is no reception and the staff is very uncommunicative, they kept ignoring my messages. Overall a very stressful experience and a waste of money.
