YellowSquare Athens - Terms & Conditions:

The Climate Crisis Resilience Tax is not included in our rates and will be added to your final balance. The amount is €2.00 per unit, per night during high season (April–October) and €0.50 during low season (November–March).

We cannot guarantee that members of the same group will be allocated in the same room. If you have a booking for more than 1 person, and you want to be sure you will be all together in the same room, book one of our private rooms.

Please note that we only accommodate guests between the ages of 18 and 45 in dorms. People aged 16 and under cannot stay with us. Guests aged 17 must be accompanied by another guest aged 18 or older and have written permission from a parent or legal guardian and must stay in a private room. Guests older than 45 years old must also stay in a private room.

Check-in: 3:00 pm till late. Check-out: 10:00 am for dorm and 11:00 am for private rooms. Remember that you will not be able to check-in unless the booking has been made under your name or if you are together with the person who has made the booking. If you need to check-in earlier than the person who has made the booking please ask them to inform us via email well in advance. A valid ID or a valid passport is required at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Union Pay.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard rate:
We have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Cancellations must be submitted 24 hours before 00.00 (EEST) of the arrival day. In case of late cancellation or no show you'll be charged for the first night.
In order to verify the validity of the credit card a pre-authorization for the entire amount will be charged to your credit card several days prior to your arrival

Non-refundable rate:
The remaining total will be charged anytime after the creation of the reservation. It is not possible to change or cancel this type of reservation. In case of No-Show by 4:00 am of the day after the arrival date, your reservation will be considered cancelled and the payment will be converted into a penalty.

Late check-in policy:

We guarantee reservations until 4:00 AM the day after the arrival date. If you have not checked in by this time and have not notified us in advance, it's considered a no-show and may be cancelled, with no-show fees applied based on your booking policy. To avoid cancellation, please inform us via email if you expect to arrive after 4:00 AM.
