Prices and Taxes
Prices are subject to change based on availability and season. Discounts and promotions may not be combined and are not retroactive.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Late check-outs may incur additional charges and must be requested in advance.
Traveling with Minors
We welcome guests aged 18 and older. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Accessibility or Special Needs
Due to our natural setting and rustic design, accessibility is limited for guests with mobility restrictions. Please contact us before booking if you require assistance—we will do our best to accommodate you.
Parking
Free on-site parking is available. Parking is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings.
Campus Events
Occasional yoga classes, wellness retreats, or group bookings may occur. These events are kept respectful of our peaceful atmosphere. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Dispute Resolution/Issues
If you experience any issues during your stay, please inform us immediately via email. We will make every effort to resolve concerns promptly. Any unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of Costa Rica.
Use of Personal Information
Your personal information is used solely for managing your reservation and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your data unless legally required.
Liability
We are not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal property. Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay. Use of yoga and shared spaces is at your own risk.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Third Party Rights
These terms apply only to you and us. No third party has rights under them.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not waive our right to do so later.
Severance
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains fully enforceable.
