Roquerol Hostel Gracia

Situated on Carrer de Sant Pere Màrtir, the hostel offers the perfect blend of local atmosphere, cultural life and excellent links to the rest of the city.

The Gràcia neighbourhood is renowned for its squares lined with terraces, pedestrianised streets, independent cafés and bohemian atmosphere. It is a much-loved area among both travellers and residents alike thanks to its authentic and peaceful character, away from mass tourism yet very close to Barcelona’s main attractions.

Several metro and bus stations are just a few minutes’ walk away, providing quick access to the historic centre, the Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gràcia and other tourist attractions in the city.
The location also makes it easy to explore Barcelona on foot, whilst enjoying the neighbourhood’s unique atmosphere and its wide range of culinary and cultural offerings.

Cancellation Policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the total amount

Group Booking:
Bookings of 4 beds/rooms are considered as a Group and have special conditions. A non refundable pre payment of the 50% of the total amount will be charged when the booking is made.
If you to cancel or modify it you have to do it until 15 days before check in to avoid paying the total amount

Our Rules:

- Reception is open from 10:00h to 22:00h. If you need anything, you can contact us at (+34) 672 47 69 67
- Clients under 18 years old are not allowed to stay with us. We are a youth hostel recommended for young people between 18 and 40 years old
- Making parties, smoking, drinking alcohol or doing drugs is not allowed. You will be fined 150€
- Kitchen and common areas are available up until 23:00 hrs. Please refrain from talking loudly after this hour.
- Keys must be returned at check out. In case of losing it you will have to pay 25€ (keycard) and 10€ (locker key) that will be automatically deducted through the card that you provided 
- If you use a different bed than the one assigned, you will be charged a 20€ penalty
- If you want to leave food in the fridge, it must be labelled with room and bed number and check out date, to avoid been thrown away. Remember that it is essential to clean everything you use in the kitchen. The hostel is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of stored drinks and food.
- For security reasons, don't open front door to anybody without a keycard.In case your bed or room is occupied by a non guest you will be fined with 200€
- In case rules are broken your booking will be canceled with non refund policy


Change of dates, No Show and Cancellation Policy

- For a reservation to be valid and confirmed, the guarantee and payment card must be in the name of the guest who will be staying. Reservations with cards in the name of a person who will not be staying are not accepted.

-You can change free of charge your booking dates until 48hrs before check in. Non refundable bookings cannot be changed.

- For bookings until 4 beds, you can cancel it until 48hrs before check in day. After that time we will charge the full stay

- Reservations of 4 or more beds are considered group reservations and have special conditions, including a non-refundable charge of 50% of the total reservation. This will be made effective within 24 hours of receiving the reservation. 

- In case of No Show, you will be charged the total amount and your booking will be automatically canceled.
