In the heart of Old Amsterdam you will find our low budget property hotel. Hotel The Veteran has 12 clean rooms with view on the canal. The hotel is located at the corner of Rembrandt square and the Herengracht. This means that you can enjoy the splendid views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam, while just a stone throw away you will find the exciting nightlife at the Rembrandt Square!
The hotel has officially no stars but offers clean rooms and all the basic facilities you may need during your stay. In addition our staff is very friendly and service-minded. We have steep stairs.
Hotel the Veteran is located only 10 minutes from Dam square, 3 minutes from the Rembrandt square and 20 minutes from the Central Station. From the Rembrandt square, there are tram connections to all directions.

Check-in from 14:00 -23:00. Please advise in advance of your arrival time so we can be there to greet you.
