Often described as a second home; we offer a warm welcome to all guests - surfers, hikers and travellers alike.
Situated in the heart of Newquay, within easy walking distance of awesome surfing beaches including Fistral Beach, Towan Beach, Great Western Beach and Tolcarne Beach.
The town centre is also right on our doorstep where you can find a range of cafes, restaurants, bars, surf shops, leisure centre, cinema and even an aquarium.

We are a great base for many scenic walks along the coast, learning to surf, or a fun filled party weekend with our weekly socials and cook up's!
We hire surf boards, wetsuits and body boards and even offer great value lessons so there really is something for everyone!

Each room has their own wash basin facilities and some have en-suite bathrooms.
We have large surf-storage with shower facilities, front and back gardens and a communal lounge and dining area (with a massive octopus-wave!!).

Our fully stocked self catering kitchen is open between 8am-10pm.
Free breakfast is available 8-10am.

Photo identification is required to check-in.
Over 18 years old only.
Check in time is 4pm - 10pm.

First of all Jay and Mark who are the hostel staff are great.I got the double room upstairs,is a basic room with just a chest of drawer. I had to share bathroom, the showers are gym style and are on The ground floor so every time you shower you need to go all the way from ground floor to your room with your towel, there is a toilet in the middle floor but not ideal as there has no sink to wash your hands. Price due to pandemic is absolutely mad but it is like that everywhere. There is a kitchen.

The place has no lockers, bathrooms are shared with the surf area, meaning is always filled with sand, place is old, uncomfortable, has 1 bathroom near the room areas and they have a dog, that you might want to take into consideration as they are sooooo many rules around that dog. Also they are not willing to accommodate or offer any kind of option if you have to modify your stay plans
