To start in the bathroom the washing did not work, we told them but they did not fix it. the 2 day there was no water to bathe the 3 day they came to throw us saying that they had everything occupied. When the reality is that nobody came to the hostel, it was all empty, they wanted to move us to a more expensive room and also tried to sell us the safari, as we did not accept they told us to leave.

We had a lovely stay at Chillout. The staff are very kind, attentive and helpful. The rooms are really nice. The restaurant has really tasty food and it’s in a great place for exploring Jaisalmer. They also arranged a brilliant camel safari for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
