Cappavilla Apartments is delighted to offer you the opportunity to stay in one of our two campus villages. Cappavilla Village is ideally located on the campus of University of Limerick, whilst Troy Village is just 10 minutes from the campus and both are located within 10 minutes to Limerick City Centre. Our well maintained and managed villages offer a variety of accommodation for June, July & August featuring 4/6 bedroom apartments all ensuite. All accommodation is fully fitted & furnished to a high standard. Kitchens include: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and all necessary crockery, cutlery,glassware and offer free WiFi and car parking.
The University campus, set in 300 acres of beautiful riverside parkland, provides a relaxed, convenient, scenic and self-contained environment for delegates during their stay. This high standard accommodation is provided in en-suite apartments near the banks of the River Shannon.

No curfew.
Our village receptions are open from 8am – 8pm, but after 8pm, there is a notice on each village reception door giving late arrivals a number to call, which rings through to our Village Management Team (who are residential in your village). They will then pop down to you and check you in.
Please not that Troy Village is located off-campus, while Cappavilla Apartments is within the grounds of the University campus.
