Saraye Kohan Hotel is located in Imam Khomeini Street in Yazd. The building belongs to the Qajar era and after reconstruction and repair in 1995 is happy to accommodate as local Iranian guests as foreign tourists.

The monuments of the Seljuk era, located near this residence, can be mentioned as the Twelve Imams. This monument is a quadrilateral monument, on top of which is another octagonal building with a dome roof. The beautiful architecture of this building, along with its stunning night lighting, is one of the most important tourist attractions of Yazd. Yazd Mosque, Amir Chakhmagh Square, Dolatabad Garden, Amir Chakhmagh Square, Wherham Cathedral, Silent Tower are easy accessible on foot.

The traditional residence of the ancient house is a traditional two-story building. As you enter the arch, you will find a water pond in the middle of the courtyard surrounded by small, lush shrubs. In this cozy atmosphere, there are traditional beds that tourists can enjoy traditional music by sitting on these beds in addition to having tea and spending some quiet time with their family. The restaurant and café are available at the residence. The residence has 8 rooms which are semi-traditional decorated and have all the amenities needed by travellers.
